Rainy Saturday Stuff....

So we have had our week of summer, and behold the rain again. We spent the day pottering. Mr A. taught Miss Mouse some self-defense. We found out that our vege patch soil was not as soft as we thought, as we now have very yummy, but misshapen carrots!! And I delved into the wonders of the Hummingbird Bakery and made a maple syrup and pecan cake. Oh boy, it was good.
