But I need days like today, to make the time fly by and bring my husband home to me.
I have been absolutely enfolded in love today. We had visitors first thing this morning, a hectic playgroup, and unexpected visitor this afternoon, then off to the library, then a nappy run - gotta have those for bedtime! - then dropping off invitations.....then home....whew......it was one of those cereal for supper kinda days (what? Mommy police, we ate a proper lunch, and had egg and toast for breakfast, so all food groups were ticked)
I think I love busy days, I hate lethargy...although I do it very well!! I love being in Plymouth and getting to know other moms and their kiddies - I am a bit of a limpet....I attach myself and don't let go ! ha ha.
In other news, the preparations for my beloved's homecoming have begun, and our precious daughter's birthday. I have so much planned in my crazy little mind, but need to get cracking....and for the first time ever, am completely stumped as to Mouse's birthday cake! ARGH!
