Adam, Scout and I travelled up to Scotland for a very special little girl's birthday party. Our darling God-daughter had her first birthday party!!!!!!!!! It was the first time we had been up to Scotland to Brian and Mich's and were very relieved to get there after such a long drive. Ballachulish, where they live, is past Loch Lomond and further up the highlands. The scenery is absolutely breath-taking. It really is a land of past footprints, you can almost imagine Mel Gibson striding over a hill painted all blue..............( yes, okay that is quite corny, but hey who doesn't like BRAVEHEART ). The weather wasn't the best but unlike London, when it is overcast it is still warm outside. We had a lovely party, and Ava had a blast. She is such a little angel and I dare any of you to look at these photos and not agree with me!!!!!!!!!!!!!
